B) Beginning in the early 70s, our experience and expertise expanded into banking. We participated in major expansion and diversification of financial markets.
C) We lived through interest rates peaking at 16-18% and dealing with the devastating effect of inverted yield curves. We also dealt with the national collapse of savings and loans, savings banks, and small, local commercial banks.
We have created an independent, self supporting and sustaining collaborative group of partners who, with The Institution, are dedicated to the commitment of education, monetization, growth, and generational change of history.
The Institution will be created under the original CRA of 1977 as well as the additional rules for Community Economic Development Corporations. The institution will be creating a C corporation subsidiary to perform these aforementioned tasks with the institution owning 60% to 70% of the C corp.
Said partners will be noted on the website with individual logos, IDs, and websites. Without dedicated partners as stated, continued disappointing results and deteriorating and disappointing results will continue.
